You may enter more than one medical visit and record each visit with fields like date of visit, patient name, doctor/dentist or HMO, medications that were prescribed, amount of money it cost for the visit, and a comment. Printing of all the records is functional as is the save option.
You will find the program useful in keeping an electronic record of your medical records, no matter how many family members you have. It will assist your family in keeping track of your medical visit records (even years from now).
